Exposición - Aromas de Albahaca (2 al 20 septiembre 2016)
Photographic exhibition in consisting of 62 photographs in chronological order allowing the visitor to take a journey in time through the evolution of the devotion to the Virgin of Saliente, the modifications made to the Sanctuary in each historical moment as well as the memory of some of the most significant moments in the history of this devotion and this sanctuary, such as the pilgrimage of Bishop Orbera, The Papal Coronation of the sacred image or the fate of the image during the Spanish civil war,among others.
The exhibition, organised by the cultural association Somos Albojenses, runs from the 2nd to the 20th of September 2016 in Calle del Muro in the former premises of the Banco Popular.
Opening Times: Monday to Sunday from 19.00 to 22.00 EXCEPT Tuesday when the exhibition opens from 11.00 to 14.00 only.
